We value your privacy and are committed to keeping your data secure. This application, HYOUKA, available on the Apple App Store, does not collect or store personal information.
Our application operates in two modes: HYOUKA Single-Store and HYOUKA Multi-Store. In Single-Store mode, all data is stored and managed locally within the application. In Multi-Store mode, questionnaires and results are stored and visualized using our web-based system, requiring data transfers between the app and our secure servers. Detailed descriptions of data handling for each mode are provided below in this privacy policy.
HYOUKA application is provided by K.K Datailo and is intended for use as is. By choosing to use our application, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this privacy policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The HYOUKA application does not collect any personal information. We do not have access to the content you create in the application or the results you save from it. Your questionnaires are your information and are secure from public view.
The HYOUKA tablet app does not collect or share personal information. However, to use the Multi-Store mode, you must first create an account through our web application. During account creation, we collect basic information such as your name and email to manage your account, handle password resets, and notify you of important service updates.
In Multi-Store mode, the questionnaires and results are saved to our secure databases for management and analysis. We are committed to protecting your data and employ industry best practices to ensure its security.
Additionally, Multi-Store mode uses AI camera features to collect anonymous characteristics (e.g., numbers representing age and gender). These characteristics help predict attributes like age and gender, but no identifiable personal information is collected. We do not perform facial recognition, and no images are saved or transmitted, ensuring full privacy.
Your data, whether containing personal information or not, will not be shared with any third party without your explicit permission. More detailed information regarding data privacy in Multi-Store mode is provided during the account creation process, as it pertains specifically to that service and not this application itself.
If we receive an email from you or a communication via a social network, we use the personal information provided by you (such as your name or email address) to respond to your queries or comments. This information is not stored beyond the necessary period and is used solely for the purpose of communication.
For Multi-Store users, certain email communications, such as password resets and notifications about service maintenance, are essential for managing your account.
We value your trust in using our application and are committed to ensuring its security. We employ best practices and commercially acceptable means to protect the application and prevent unauthorized access or use. Please note, however, that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We are committed to complying with privacy regulations worldwide, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European Union residents and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents.
If you are a resident of the European Union, under GDPR, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you, and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. You may also have the right to object to, or request that we restrict, certain processing. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us through the contact information below.
If you are a California resident, you are entitled by law to request an Information Sharing Disclosure. If you request it, we will provide you with a notice of your right to prevent sharing of your personal information as well as a cost-free means of doing so. To receive such a notice, submit a request to the address listed in the Contact section below, specifying that you seek your "California Customer Choice Notice."
